Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Clifford Smith
as Assistant Deputy Minister, Apprenticeship and Trades, in the Department of
Education and Early Childhood Development, effective October 30, 2025, at his
current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step
progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
