Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Fiona Ellis as

Assistant Deputy Minister, Collective Bargaining, in the Treasury Board Secretariat,

on an acting basis, effective October 30, 2025, with salary at Step 18 of the 1500

Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and

general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
