Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm Julian Ludmer
as Assistant Deputy Minister, Business and Innovation, in the Department of Jobs,
Growth and Rural Development, effective October 30, 2025, at his current salary
and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions
and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
