Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm Megan Nesbitt

as Assistant Deputy Minister, Corporate Services, in the Department of Jobs, Growth

and Rural Development, to include the provision of corporate services in the

Department of Energy and Mines, effective October 30, 2025, at her current salary

and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions

and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
