Public Tender Act
Under the authority of paragraph 3(6)(b) of the Public Trustee Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Michael Noseworthy as Public Trustee, on
an acting basis, effective October 30th, 2025, in addition to his duties as Assistant
Deputy Minister, Courts and Corporate Services, with no change in salary because of
this additional assignment.
