Expropriation Act
Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor
in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure
to issue a Licence to Occupy to the Town of Pasadena for expropriated land located
on Maxwell Place, in Pasadena, as described in documents on file with the Clerk,
subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by the Minister.
