House of Assembly Accountability, Integrity and Administration Act
Under the authority of paragraph 18(3)(e) and subsection 18(7) of the House
of Assembly Accountability, Integrity and Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Honourable
Barry Petten, Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure and Minister of Public
Procurement, to the House of Assembly Management Commission, with
immediate effect.
