Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Kellee Martin

as Assistant Deputy Minister, Conception Bay North Response and Recovery, in the

Department of Justice and Public Safety, in an acting capacity, effective November

13, 2025, with salary at Step 10 of the 1628 Point Scale on the Executive

Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases

applicable to Executive to apply. (Revoked by OC2026-045)
