Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 7 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to establish a Cabinet

Committee on Conception Bay North Response and Recovery, effective

immediately, with membership as follows:

a) Minister of Justice and Public Safety, as Chairperson;

b) Minister of Housing;

c) Minister of Finance; and

d) Minister of Municipal and Community Affairs.
