Under the authority of section 128 of the Constitution Act, 1867 and section 5 of the

House of Assembly Accountability, Integrity and Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to provide for the issuance of a

Proclamation to request the person declared elected as the Member for the District

of Topsail - Paradise of the Fifty-First House of Assembly of Newfoundland and

Labrador to gather in the House of Assembly Chamber on Tuesday, November 25,

2025 at 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of taking their Oath or Affirmation of Allegiance

and Oath or Affirmation of Office.
