Under the authority of subsection 38(2) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby approves the creation of a sinking fund for

the Debenture of Series 7T, maturing June 2,2032, by payment armually on or before

June 2 in each of the years 2026 to 2031, inclusive, out of the Consolidated Revenue

Fund of an amount not less than one and one-half percent (1.50%) of the aggregate

principal amount of Debentures of Series 7T outstanding on the date thereof
