Parliamentary Secretaries Act
Under the authority of section 3 of the Parliamentary Secretaries Act and the
Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint
Mark Butt as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Jobs and Growth and the
Minister of Rural Development, effective December 10,2025.
