Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act,

the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close an abandoned

portion of the former Trans-Canada Highway at Whitboume (approximately 330

square metres), as described in documents on file with the Clerk of the Executive

Council, and to forever transfer administration and control of the subject land to

the Minister of Forestry, Agriculture and Lands.
