Under the authority of subsection 245(2) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to direct the Board of Directors of Newfoundland and

Labrador Hydro to enter into a new Interim Power Purchase Agreement with Comer

Brook Pulp and Paper Limited, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk

of the Executive Council, for the supply of 140,000 megawatt hours of power at a rate

of $187 per megawatt hour to Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro, to commence

the completion of the current Power Purchase Agreement between Comer Brook Pulp

and Paper Limited and Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro and continue to June 30,

2026.
