Executive Council Act and Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 5 of the Financial Administration Act, section 9 of the
Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council is pleased to appoint Andrea McKenna as Deputy Minister and Secretary of
the Treasury Board, Treasury Board Secretariat, in the Office of the Executive
Council, in an acting capacity, effective December 19, 2025, in addition to her duties
as Deputy Clerk of the Executive Council and Associate Secretary to Cabinet, at her
current salary and Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan. (revoked by OC2026-017)
