Executive Council Act and Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 5 of the Financial Administration Act, section 9 of the
Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council hereby revokes OC2024-066 and OC2025-264, effective January 1, 2026.
