Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation and

Infrastructure to pre-commit the following amounts against its budgetary

appropriations: $81,652.50, excluding HST, in fiscal years 2026-27 through 2029-30;

and $27,217.52, excluding HST, in fiscal year 2030-31, to facilitate the renewal of a

lease agreement with FDJM Holdings Inc. for 2,865 square feet of office space at 2-

4 Hallett Crescent in St. John's.
