Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation

and Infrastructure to pre-commit the following amounts against its budgetary

appropriations: $126,746.00, excluding HST, in fiscal years 2026-27 through

2029-30 and $84,497.36, excluding HST, in fiscal year 2030-31, to facilitate the

renewal of a lease agreement with Redwood Management Ltd. for 4,801 square

feet at 6 Mount Carson Avenue in Mount Pearl.
