Public Utilities Act and Independent Appointments Commission Act
Under the authority of subsection 6(2) of the Public Utilities Act and in accordance
with section 4 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, to appoint
Jo-Anne Galarneau as a full-time commissioner to the Board of Commissioners of
Public Utilities, for a seven-year term, effective from a current date.
