Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation and

Infrastructure to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations the amount of

$81,808, excluding HST, in each of fiscal years 2026-27, 2027-28, 2028-29 and

2029-30 to facilitate the award of a contract to Convergint Technologies Ltd. for the

purchase of a Security Management System.
