Under the authority of section 5 of the Financial Administration Act, section 9 of the

Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in

Council is pleased to appoint John McGrath as Deputy Minister and Secretary of the

Treasury Board, Treasury Board Secretariat, in the Office of the Executive Council,

effective January 20, 2026, with salary at Step 25 of the 2556 Point Scale on the

Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary

increases applicable to Executive to apply.
