Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint
Colleen Stockley as Deputy Minister of Health and Community Services, effective February
4,2026, with salary at Step 25 of the 2448 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation
Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to
Executive to apply.
