Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Robyn Hayes as
Assistant Deputy Minister, Corporate Services, Governance and Accountability, in
the Department of Health and Community Services, effective January 20,2026, with
salary at Step 25 of the 1372 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with
normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to
apply.
