Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Kim Harding

as Assistant Deputy Minister, Public Safety and Correctional Services, in the

Department of Justice and Public Safety, effective January 20, 2026, with salary at

Step 25 of the 1560 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal

step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
