Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crovm, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint

Tanya Noseworthy as Assistant Deputy Minister, Healthy Communities, in the Department

of Social Supports and Well-Being, effective January 20,2026, with salary at Step 25

of the 1500 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step

progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
