Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mark Healy as
Assistant Deputy Minister, Community Engagement, in the Department of Municipal
and Community Affairs, effective January 20, 2026, at his current salary and Point
Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general
salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
