Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Susan Wilkins
as Assistant Deputy Minister, Energy Development and Partnerships, in the
Department of Energy and Mines, effective January 20, 2026, with salary at Step 25
of the 1404 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step
progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
