Management of Greenhouse Gas Regulations
Under the authority of subsections 5(2) and 5.1(1) of the Management of Greenhouse
Gas Regulations, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to approve the
request of Vale to amend the baseline emissions intensity for the in-pit mining activity
and surface infrastructure of the Voisey's Bay Mine starting in reporting year 2024,
substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
