Management of Greenhouse Gas Regulations
Under the authority of subsection 6.1(1) of the Management of Greenhouse Gas
Regulations, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to approve the request of
Cenovus to amend the baseline emissions level for the Sea Rose floating production,
storage and off-loading platform starting in reporting year 2026, substantially along
the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
