Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of paragraph 1 l(2)(a) and section 11(5) of the Provincial Health

Authority Act, and in accordance with paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent

Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby:

a) appoints Ross Wiseman, as Trustee and Chairperson of the Provincial Health

Authority Board of Trustees, for a three-year term, effective immediately; and

b) revokes OC2023-076, effective immediately.
