Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 17(1) of the Provincial Health Authority Act, and

in accordance with paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission

Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby:

a) appoints Ron Johnson, as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Provincial

Health Authority, in accordance with terms and conditions on file with the

Clerk of the Executive Council, effective immediately; and

b) revokes OC2025-011, effective immediately.
