Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation and
Infrastructure to pre-commit the amount of $3,651,728, excluding HST, against its
budgetary appropriations in fiscal year 2026-27 to facilitate the purchase of 19 school
buses from Nova Enterprises Limited.
