Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Keith Sullivan

as Deputy Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, effective from a current date, with

salary at Step 17 of the 2328 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with

normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to

apply.
