Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to:

a) appoint Darrell Hayward as Special Advisor to the Commissioners of the

Public Service Commission, effective February 9, 2026, with salary at Step 15

of the 1500 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step

progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply; and

b) revoke OC2024-065, effective February 9, 2026.
