Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Tourism, Culture,
Arts and Recreation to pre-commit funds of up to $155,625, excluding HST, against
its budget appropriations for fiscal 2026-27, to facilitate a contract with MQO
Research Inc, to carry out the 2026 Annual Visitor Exit Survey.
