Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby:

a) appoints Kellee Martin as Assistant Deputy Minister, Conception Bay North

Response and Recovery, in the Department of Forestry, Agriculture and Lands,

in an acting capacity, effective February 20,2026, at her current salary and point

scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and

general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply; and

b) revokes OC2025-343, effective February 20, 2026.
