Under the authority of sections 3 and 4 of the Natural Products Marketing Act and in

accordance with paragraph 21(2)(a) of the Public Service Commission Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint and reappoint the following

persons to the Farm Industry Review Board, for a three-year term, effective

immediately:

Appointment:

a) Krista Chatman, Newfoundland and Labrador Federation of Agriculture nominee;

Reappointments:

b) Sarah Kennedy-Dyson, Vice-Chairperson; and

c) Tammy Pike Farrell, Chairperson.
