Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that the

Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, confirm

the appointment of Helen Conway Ottenheimer as Minister of Justice and Public

Safety, Attorney General, Minister Responsible for the Access to Information and

Protection of Privacy Office, and Minister Responsible for the Human Rights

Commission, with effect from February 24, 2026.
