Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative

of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby:

a) appoints Dan Brake as Assistant Deputy Minister, Industry and Economic

Development, in the Department of Jobs, Growth and Rural Development,

effective March 2, 2026, with salary at Step 25 of the 1500 Point Scale on the

Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general

salary increases applicable to Executive to apply; and

b) revokes OC2025-250, effective March 2,2026.
