Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Office of the Chief Information
Officer to pre-commit funds of up to $125,386.51 (excluding HST) against its
budgetary appropriations in fiscal years 2026-27, 2027-28, 2028-29, and 2029-30, to
facilitate the award of a five-year contract to Agile.Net Inc. to provide a Learning
Management System and technical support.
