Under the authority of subsection 38(2) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is hereby approves the creation of a sinking fund for

European Medium Term Note Series E003, maturing March 6, 2046, by payment

annually on or before September 6 in each of the years 2026 to 2045, inclusive, out

of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of an amount not less than one and one-half

percent (1.50%) of the aggregate principal amount of European Medium Term Note

Series E003 outstanding on the date thereof
