Under the authority of subsection 38(2) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is hereby approves the creation of a sinking fund for

European Medium Term Note Series E004, maturing February 18, 2056, by payment

annually on or before August 18 in each of the years 2026 to 2055, inclusive, out of

the Consolidated Revenue Fund of an amount not less than one and one-half percent

(1.50%) of the aggregate principal amount of European Medium Term Note Series

E004 outstanding on the date thereof
