Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation and

Infrastructure to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations the amount of

$27,209.76 in each of fiscal years 2026-27, 2027-28, 2028-29, 2029-30, and 2030-31,

excluding HST, to facilitate the award of a five-year contract with Pitney Bowes of

Canada Limited to lease a mail inserter machine.
