Expropriation Act
Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council is pleased for the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure to sell 0.34
hectares of surplus land located in Flower’s Cove, to the Town of Flower’s Cove, for
nominal consideration of $1.00, subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by the
Minister.
