Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Health and

Community Services to pre-commit funding against its budgetary appropriations in

the following amounts: up to $444,500 in 2026-27; $937,000 in 2027-28; $584,000

in 2028-29; $ 123,500 in 2029-30; and $31,100 in 2030-31, to facilitate a seat purchase

agreement with Nova Scotia.
