Under the authority of section 22 of the Statutes and Subordinate Legislation Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to permanently appoint Tracey Pennell to

the position of legislative counsel in the Office of the Legislative Counsel, with

remuneration at an appropriate step on Level IV of the Solicitor’s Pay Plan.
