Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 12 of the Order of Newfoundland and Labrador Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to:
a) appoint and reappoint the following individuals to the Order of Newfoundland and Labrador Advisory Council for a three year term, effective from a current date:
  Reappointment:
  i) Ms. Virginia M. Halley;
  ii) Ms. Katherine Baikie-Pottle;
  Appointment:
  iii) Mr. James G. Lynch;
  iv) Mr. Albert K. Evans;
  v) Captain Sidney J. Hynes; and
  vi) Ms. Colleen Kennedy; and
 b) appoint the Clerk of the Executive Council, a member of the Order of Newfoundland and Labrador Advisory Council by virtue of the office, as Chairperson.
