Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of

Transportation and Infrastructure to pre-commit the amount of $53,084.00, excluding

HST, against its budgetary appropriations in each of the fiscal years 2026-27 through

2030-31, to facilitate the renewal of Lease No. APS 15001 with RSD Real Estate Inc.

for 3,571 square feet of operational space at 72-76 Route 430-28, in Port Saunders.
