Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Office of the Chief Information
Officer to pre-commit the following amounts, excluding HST, against its budgetary
appropriations: $715,000 in fiscal year 2026-27, $757,000 in fiscal year 2027-28,
$788,000 in fiscal year 2028-29, $821,000 in fiscal year 2029-30, and $853,000 in
fiscal year 2030-31, to facilitate the award of a contract with Portage CyberTech to
support the MyGovNL digital platform.
