Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Office of the Chief Information
Officer to pre-commit funds of up to $539,171.94 USD, excluding HST, annually
against its budgetary appropriations in each of fiscal years 2026-27, 2027-28, and
2028-29, to facilitate the award of a contract with VMware International Unlimited
Company (Broadcom) to provide VMWare Cloud Foundation software and technical
support.
